）は、
ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
なんてとても無理だと感じていた最初の1年間に、飲まずに踏ん張り続けるための、最もわかりやすい手段でした。私はミーティングに早めに行って、椅子を並べていました。最初の数週間、私にできたのはそれくらいでした。そのうち、ミーティングに出席すること自体が奉仕なのだということがわかり始めました。
私たちが一緒に

を保つために集まり、お互いに回復のメッセージを伝え合うとき、ステップ1とステップ12の両方を実践しているのだという考えが、私は大好きです。ミーティングの後に話すこと、駐車場で話すこと（Zoomなら、ミーティング後のバーチャルな駐車場で話すこと）、
スポンサーAAプログラムなどを指導してくれる先輩役のメンバー
シップ、ヘルプラインなど、ほかのアルコホーリクと話す方法はいろいろあります。どれもメッセージを運ぶことであり、それが私たちの第一の目的なのです。

OIAAオンライン・インターグループ
（オンラインAA、aa-intergroup.org）のステップ12委員会での活動です。目が覚めている間、少しでも自己憐憫や心配を感じたり、何かに腹を立てたり、あるいは単に集中して仕事ができなくなったりすると、私は「Steppers」のページを見に行き、苦しんでいるアルコホーリクが「助けてください（HELP）」というメッセージを送ってきているかどうか、何人いるかを確認します。世界中のアルコホーリクに返信して、その人が住む地域や世界各地で利用できる支援につなぐことは、どんな形であれ、自己中心的な考えからすぐに抜け出す助けになります。私はこの「薬」を強くお勧めします。aa-intergroup.org を訪れ、ウェブサイト内をいろいろ見て回って、自分の興味を引く

For me, Susan Alcoholic, service was the most obvious tool that kept me sober and persevering when sobriety felt impossible that first year. I would go to meetings early and set up chairs - that was about all I could do in my first few weeks. Then I began to see that showing up for meetings was service.
I love that when we show up to be sober together and carry the message of recovery to each other we are doing both Step 1 and Step 12. Any other ways I can talk to another alcoholic - after a meeting, in the parking lot (afterwards in a zoom parking lot), sponsorship, helpline or many other ways all carry the message, our primary purpose.
The service that keeps me the most sane and sober is the 12th step committee of OIAA - online AA (aa-intergroup.org). Throughout my waking hours, if i feel a twinge of self- pity or worry or am upset about anything or just not able to concentrate and work, I go to "Steppers" to see if or how many suffering alcoholics have written to say "HELP." Replying to alcoholics from all over the world, linking them to local and global resources immediately gets me out of self-centered thinking of any kind. I highly recommend this medicine - check out aa-intergroup.org and roam around their website to see if any service opportunity tickles your fancy.
Service keeps me sober.
