私にとっての自由は、基本的には、先に歩んできた仲間たちがしてきたことを実践することで得られました。それは、毎日の習慣を確立し、それを続けることです。私が

の主な恩恵を実感できるようになったのは、ステップ8と9に取り組んでからのことでした。そして、埋め合わせをすることで、良心に重くのしかかっていた大きな荷物を下ろすことができました。

日本語版 p126) 毎日の習慣を確立し、それを維持することを通して、神に自分を律していただくのです。
朝起きて一日の予定を立てるとき、私は昨日を振り返り、間違いがあれば正す機会を得ます。
毎晩、寝る前にはその日一日を振り返り、対処する必要のあることを書き出します。
今まさに、それをしているところです。ここヨハネスブルグは夜も更けています。雷雨も過ぎ去り、こうして分かち合いを書き終え、対処が必要なことを日記に書き留めることができます。
今週もまたここで私を支えてくれて、実践を重ねることで前進できるのだと思い出させてくれて、ありがとうございます。

Thank You Jeff for leading us this week, for your topic and to all who have contributed.
I'm Tony, a recovered alcoholic, grateful to be with you again.
Freedom for me has resulted from basically doing what others have done before me: establishing and continuing with a daily routine. I really only experienced the main benefits of the programme after taking Steps Eight and Nine, and through making amends lifted a huge burden from my conscience. The Big Book tells me that "we alcoholics are undisciplined - so we let God discipline us" through establishing and maintaining a daily routine.
When I get up and plan my day, I open the door to yesterday and the opportunity to correct any errors.
Before hitting the sack each evening, I review the day and list anything needing attention.
That's what I'm doing right now - it's late evening in Joburg. The thunderstorm and rain have passed, and I can complete this share and diarise any things that need attention.
Thanks for being here for me again, reminding me that practice makes progress. It works - it really does.
