ビジネスミーティングで、オンラインAAインターグループのインターグループ代表（Intergroup Representative）の欠員について質問が出ました。この役割に関心のある方は、私までご連絡ください。

サービスAAの奉仕活動
の役割も交代の時期を迎えます。
少し考え、祈ってみて、必要であれば
スポンサーAAプログラムなどを指導してくれる先輩役のメンバー
にも相談してみてください。これらの役割のいずれかを引き受ける意思や、それを担う余裕はありませんか？私たちのグループが今後も存続していくためには、こうした仕事を担ってくれる人たちが必要です。具体的な役割は、次のとおりです。

ビジネスミーティング・モデレーター/ 進行役
会計（正および副？）
リストキーパー（正・副）
歓迎係兼、
スポンサーAAプログラムなどを指導してくれる先輩役のメンバー
シップ・リストキーパー（正・おそらく副も）
OIAAオンライン・インターグループ
担当代表（正・おそらく副も）
これらの役割は、どれも特に多くの時間を取られるものではありませんが、グループにとって必要なものです。
ぜひ考えてみて、質問があれば知らせてください。来月に向けて、これらの役割を引き受けてくれる仲間を探していきたいと考えています。新しく担当する人が、現在の担当者と連絡を取り合い、それぞれの役割の進め方を学べるようにするためです。

In the business meeting we have had the question raised about the vacancy we have for an Intergroup Representative with the Online Intergroup of AA. If anyone is interested in doing that. Please contact me.
At the same time...as the year begins to draw to a close, our existing service roles become due for rotation.
Please have a think, pray on it and chat to your sponsor if appropriate. Would you be willing and able to take on any of these roles. Our continued existence as a group does depend on having some people to do these tasks. The tasks in question are..

Greeter/ Sponsorship List keeper:(maybe with assistant)
OIAA Representative (maybe with assistant)
None of these roles are particularly time consuming, but they are necessary.
Please have a think and let me know if you have questions, as we will be looking for people to step up towards the coming month so they can liaise with the current people in those positions and learn how they work.
