を続けてこられた仲間たちにとっても同じです。私は、もっと学び、もっと受け取るために、これからもAAに戻り続けます。
先日私は、60分間のランチタイム・ミーティングに参加しました。新しい仲間たちが自己紹介をして、それぞれが自分の
ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
の日数を話すたびに、会場では何度も歓声や拍手が沸き起こっていました。ほとんど絶え間なく拍手をしていたように思います。AAは確かに効き目がある ── そのことを実感できる、本当に心温まる雰囲気でした。来週もまた、そのミーティングに行こうと思っています。

』のステップ7には、私たちがハンディキャップ（性格上の欠点）から解放されることは可能であり、その解放はすでに始まっているかもしれないけれど、さらに大きな変化も可能であると書かれています。真の平和を見いだすことが可能であり、それは計り知れない贈り物であるという「約束」が書かれています。
今週もここにいてくれてありがとうございます。私はいつも、このミーテイングで自分に必要なものを見つけることができ、そして Practice makes Progress（実践が成長をもたらす）ということを、あらためて思い出させてもらっています。

I'm Tony a recovered alcoholic, grateful to be with you again this week.
You mentioned Dan K, Pam, who was a great inspiration to me too, as yourself and all longtimers are. I keep coming back - for more.
I was at a sixty minute lunchtime meeting the other day, and we seemed to be cheering and applauding almost continuously, as the more recent members introduced themselves, announcing the number of days sobriety they had achieved. It's really heartwarming to be in that atmosphere, as proof that AA Works. I think I'll go there again next week.
The Seventh Step promises us in the 12 and 12: Release from our handicaps is possible and may already have begun, yet even more is possible. Real Peace can be found and it is a gift beyond measure.
Thanks for being here for me again, reminding me that I always find what I need and Practice makes Progress.
