の仲間の皆さん、おはようございます。
ジェフ、今週のミーティングの司会をしてくれて本当にありがとう、あなたと、そして特別な節目（バースデー）を迎えている仲間の皆さんに大きな祝福を送ります。
私も恩寵とは、見返りなしに与えられる贈り物だと考えています。そして私の人生における最大の贈り物は、
ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
であると考えています。
また、他の多くの仲間たちと同じように、なぜ私がこの特別な恩寵／贈り物を受け取ったのかは分かりません。しかし同時に、神のプランとデザインは完璧だと心から信じています。
それは、この苦しみに満ちた世界で、神がある人を他の人よりも多く苦しませるように選んでいるという意味ではないと思います。私たちは自由な意志を与えられていて、私はこれまでその自由な意志を自分を傷つける形で使ってきました。また、後になって振り返ることで理解できることだったり、他の人の決断や選択の影響を受けることもあり、それが自分自身にも影響を与えてきました。その思わぬ連鎖というのは、とても不思議なものです。
それはまるで大きな古いタペストリー（装飾用の大きな織物）のようなものです。私たちの側から見ると、糸の切れ端の寄せ集めのようで意味が分からないものですが、その裏側では神が壮大な傑作を織り上げているのです。そしていつか、神の視点からそれを見ることができる日が来ればいいと願っています。その恩寵を、私は楽しみにしています。

Good morning, ESH friends.
Thanks so much for chairing the meeting this week, Jeff.. and a big congrats to you... and all others who are marking special milestones.
I also consider grace an undeserved gift. And I consider the greatest gift in my life is my sobriety.
Also, like many of you.. I don't know why I've received this particular grace/gift but I also truly believe that God's plan and design are perfect.
I don't think it means He chooses some to suffer more than others in this broken world. But we're given free will and in my past I've used it to my detriment. I've also been the beneficiary of hindsight and also being affected by others' decisions and choices... which have impacted my own. A mysterious thing, that ripple effect.
It's that big, old tapestry that looks like snippets of threads and makes no sense on the one side (our side), but all the while God is creating an awesome masterpiece and hopefully we'll see it from His perspective one day. That's a grace I look forward to!
