今週はビジネス・モデレーター（進行役）の役割を果たせず、また不在にしてしまったことをお詫びします。いくつか対処しなければならない問題があり、さらにノートパソコンの調子もよくありません。今日の後ほど修理に出す予定です。
ビジネスミーティングの進行状況としては、本来いるべき段階に沿って言うと、現在は「継続案件（旧案件）」を検討しているところで、これから「新規案件」へと移っていく段階です。
たまたまですが、この二つはうまく一緒に扱うことができそうです。（私はそう思います）継続案件については、前月のレポートはすでに提出されています。私が受け取った唯一のコメントは、前任の信頼されたしもべ（
サービスAAの奉仕活動
担当者）から新しい担当者への引き継ぎや、それに関連する事柄について少し説明してほしい、というものでした。これについては、おそらく来週の新規／継続案件の一部として話し合うことができると思います。
そこで基本的な提案なのですが、各
サービスAAの奉仕活動
の役割ごとの職務やタスクの標準リストを作成し、それをどこかにファイルとして保管して、（必要に応じて調整しつつ）毎年取り出して使えるようにすることはできないでしょうか、そして新しい役割の人に引き継ぐ形です。さらにそれに加えて、グループにとっての「重要情報」をまとめたファイルも用意できないでしょうか。例えば、
OIAAオンライン・インターグループ
のIDやメーリングリストサーバーの詳細などを含むものです。
どのような情報を保管する必要があるのか、どこに保管すべきか、そして誰がそれを管理・維持するのか――そうした点や、その他関連する事項について話し合うことはできるでしょうか。
この件を新規案件として扱っても良いし、継続案件として扱っても構いません……あとは皆さんにお任せします（^^）

Hi all,
My apologies for not working on my Business moderator role this week and my absence. I have had a couple of issues to deal with, plus my laptop is having a hard time too. It goes into the repair shop later today.
To follow on where we should be in our business meeting, we are looking at old business... and moving towards new business.
As it happens they can be brought together, quite neatly. (I think) For old business we have had the reports for the previous month. The only comment I had from anyone was asking me... a little about the transition from previous trusted servants to new trusted servants and related topics...which can be discussed (perhaps) as part of new/old business next week. ??
So, basically do we have, or can we have a standard list of duties and tasks for each role of the trusted servants, and keep them in a file somewhere, so they can be brought out and used each year (tweaked if necessary) and handed on with the new roles. Additionally as a part of that, can we have a file of "essential information" for the group, covering items such as , OIAA ID, list server details etc etc.
Can we discuss... what information do we need to store, where should we store it, and who manages / maintains it... and any other related questions.
You may treat this as new or old business ... the floor is yours (^^
