これまでに提出された検討事項（提案）：

サービスAAの奉仕活動
の交代（ローテーション）について話し合いを始める。新しい役割担当（トラステッド・サーバント、奉仕を任されたしもべ）を募ること、そして役割の引き継ぎをよりスムーズにすること。
-- 「assistant (補助)」という名称を「alternate (代理)」に変更することを検討する。また、その役割の中に、翌年の役職への準備（引き継ぎのための育成）を組み込むことも検討する。

Proposals for discussion received so far
-- Begin a discussion on rotation of service transition: recruiting new trusted servants and making it easier to turn over responsibilities.
-- Consider changing name of "assistant" to "alternate" and build within that the preparation of promotion for the following year.
