アルコホーリクのロバートです。私は黙想の最後にはいつも次の願いを唱えます。
「すべての存在が幸せでありますように。
すべての存在が平穏でありますように。
すべての存在が自由でありますように。
あらゆる苦しみ、束縛、渇望、嫌悪や憎しみから解放されますように。
すべての存在が平和と調和を得られますように。」
これらの願いを唱えるとき、私は仲間の皆さんや友人・家族のことを思います。そして、世界中の政治指導者たちのことも思い浮かべます。
こうやって、私は受け入れること（受容）に向き合っています。

I'm an alcoholic and my name is Robert.
