パム、今週のリードと素敵なトピック、そしてシェアしてくださった仲間たちに感謝します。回復したアルコホーリクのトニーです。皆さんとまたご一緒できることに感謝しています。
私が最初に所属した
ホームグループAAの中で自分が所属し、活動の拠点となるグループ
には、スピーカーの演台、そして司会者のテーブルにスローガンが掛かっていました。
そこには「しかし、神の恩寵がなければ」と書かれていました。フェローシップ（仲間の集まり）に入ったばかりの私は、このバナーに戸惑い、輪番制の役割を通して、それを掛けたり片付けたりする役目を担うことになりました。

12の伝統AA共同体の一体性を守るための12の決まり
」のバナー2つを司会者テーブルの両側に、壁のフックからずっと掛けっぱなしにして、そして6つの小さなスローガン／祈りのバナーを、演台と壁のフックの間で順に掛け替えて使っていました。
私は演台に「平安の祈り」のバナーを掛け、スピーカーの正面の前列に座ると、より落ち着いた気持ちになれました。
私は数年間、バーモント州ニューポートの「デイリー・リフレクションズ」グループのZoom ミーティングに参加する機会を得ました。ミーティングの形式は、冒頭のプレアンブル（序文）の後に、5つのオリジナル・スローガンをテーマに個人の体験を分かち合う時間がありました。これは場の空気を和らげる素晴らしい方法で、その日の「デイリー・リフレクション (※ "今日を新たに" 一日一ページのAAの書籍 ) 」について話し合う前の、ミーティングの流れをスムーズにし、回復と
サービスAAの奉仕活動
のテーマの両方にきちんと時間を配分できるやり方でした。
私の初めての携帯のモーニングメッセージは “KISS (Keep it simple, stupid) ” でした。

でAAを始めたばかりの頃に支えてくれた仲間の一人は、ミーティングルームの入口の上に “Expect a Miracle（奇跡を期待しよう）” と書かれた看板を掲げることをよく提案し、話していました。やがて彼・ゲイリーは南アフリカを離れ、オハイオ州クリーブランドへ行きました。向こうのミーティングで、そのスローガンを掲げる機会があったのかもしれませんね。
今週もまたここにいてくださりありがとうございます。仲間の皆さんは私に、「繰り返すことで習慣が身につき、信仰が自然に育つ」ことを思い出させてくれます。

Greetings All
Thank You Pam for your lead this week, your delightful topic, and to all who have shared. I'm Tony a recovered alcoholic, grateful to be with you again this week.
My first home group had a slogan hanging from the speakers lectern, at the chairpersons table.
It read "But for the Grace of God". Being new to the Fellowship, this banner disturbed me, and through service rotation, it became my responsibility to hang and pack away all the banners for each meeting.
I kept the two large banners of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, each side of the chairpersons table hanging from a wall hook, and rotated the six smaller slogan / prayer banners between lectern and wall hooks.
I hung the Serenity Prayer banner on the lectern, and felt more comfortable when sitting in the front row facing the speaker.
I had the privilege of attending a Zoom meeting of the Newport, Vermont Daily Reflections group, for a couple of years. The format of the meeting, had the five original slogans as a personal experience sharing session', after the meeting preamble. This was a wonderful way of warming up the group, before discussing that day's 'Daily Reflection', and a simple way of managing the meeting schedule, giving due attention to both recovery and service topics.
I had 'KISS' as a morning greeting on my first cellphone.
One of my early mentors at my first home group, suggested and often talked about 'Expect a Miracle' as a sign above the meeting room entrance. Gary then left SA for Cleveland, Ohio. Maybe he got the opportunity to put that slogan on the meeting room there.
Thanks for being here again for me this week, reminding me that repetition confirms and strengthens habit and faith becomes natural.
