自分の出したテーマに、私自身も答えてみることにしました。
ステップ10の「約束」は、よく知られているステップ9の「約束」とは少し異なります。こちらでは、ステップ9の方がミーティングの最初や最後によく読み上げられます。私は、ステップ10の約束に特に励ましを感じています。なぜならそれは、

Hi ESH co-members,
I decided I would respond to my topic.
The Step 10 promises are different from the better known Step 9 promises which are often read out loud at the beginning or the end of meetings, over here at least. I find the Step 10 promises particularly encouraging because they actually promise recovery from alcoholism and a return to sanity in relation to liquor. That was pointed out to me by a wise and experienced member of AA and, after a few years of not drinking and working all of the 12 Steps, indeed I do not need to fight anything or anyone anymore, even alcohol. When in the presence of alcohol, I simply ignore it or recoil from it "without any thought or effort on my part. That is the miracle of it."
