「クサッた考え stink thinking」
そのことに関して私には過ちがあります。たいていの日はステップと私の
ハイヤーパワー（HP=ハイヤーパワー）神、または高次の力、自分を超えた大きな力。意志と生き方をゆだねる対象。
によって、自分の思考をコントロールすることができます。私はその手助けに心から感謝しています。しかし、私は常に「完璧」であるように計画してしまいます。他の誰かや何かの物事を正そうとして、（適切な）行動を見失い、頭の中が一分間に何マイルもの高速で回転してしまうことがあります。たいていの場合はすぐに気づくことができます。これもまた進歩です。
最初にそれを理解したとき、私は自分の考えを自分でコントロールしていると思っていました。「（自分で考えることを）ただやめればいい」という答えを信じることができませんでした。自分で何とかできる方法があるはずだと考えていました。いつも私はそうでした。しかし、私は無力だったのです。でもそれ（自分でコントールできるという思い込み）は真実ではありません。私には自分の考え方、感じ方、行動の仕方を変える力があります。それは非常に力強い実感です。
ただひとつ言えるのは、自分が望むことを他の人にさせるのは私の力が及ぶ範囲ではないということです。だから、頭の中が忙しくなったときには、私の名前や、私には何が必要なのかを知っている

に助けを求めます。自分のレーン（車線）を守り、自分自身の車を運転するための助けをお願いするのです。すると、霊的な励ましを受け、「大丈夫だ」と言われ、感謝の気持ちを持つことができます。

Stinking thinking
I am guilty of that, most days I can keep my thinking under control by the steps and my HP. I am completely grateful for their help. But perfection is alway my plan. I can miss my actions and my head going a mile a minute, trying to fix someone or something. Most of the time I get it right away. Progress.
When I first got it, I was in charge of what I thought. I could not believe I could stop it because the answer is just stop it. I wanted there to be a way to stop things I could do a plan. My usual. I was powerless. That is not true. I have the power to change how I think ,how I feel , how I act. That is pretty powerful.
The only thing is that making other pe0ple do what I want is not in my power box so when I find my head busy. I call on my HP who knows my name and what I need. I ask for help to stay in my lane and drive my own car. I get a spiritual pat on the head and told I am ok and grateful I am.
