ステップ6は、おそらく私のいちばん好きなステップです。このステップの素晴らしいところは、重要なことを決して飛ばさない点にあります。とても深くてよく考え抜かれたステップだと思いますし、それを考え出した人たちには本当に敬意を表します。前に進む前に、きちんと道を整えるためのステップなのです。
ステップの順番に意味があることはわかっていますが、私にとってこのステップは
プログラム12ステッププログラム、回復のため原理、AAの基本プログラム。
全体を包含しているように感じます。もし私が何かを本気で変える準備ができていないのなら、私はここ(AA)で何をしているのでしょう？法律や誰かに強制されてここに来たわけではありません。そして今、この一日にちゃんとした人間であろうという覚悟すらできていないのなら……きちんとした振る舞いができるようになるまで、人と関わらないようにするべきかもしれません。私は現在いくつかの性格上の欠点を経験しています。というのも、ストレスを感じると、それらの欠点が本当にあからさまに表れてくるからです！私は（たいていの日は）そうした欠点を認め、それらを手放すことに心を開こうとしています。少なくとも、今日一日は。
この人生の局面において、

とフェローシップがあることを本当に幸運だと感じています。毎日を迎えるにあたって、自分を整えるための素晴らしい指針があり、その道をともに歩んでくれる仲間がいるのです。

Good morning everyone, my name is Pam and I am an alcoholic. Thank you for the topic, Suanne, and congratulations on achieving 24 years of sobriety!!
Step 6 is probably my favorite step. It is profound in what it does not bypass. It is wise and I really commend/admire the authors for thinking of it. Preparing the way before moving forward.
Though it falls in its certain order for a reason, for me it encompasses the whole program. If I’m not entirely ready to change something what am I doing here? I have not been forced by law or anyone else to be here. And right now if I’m not entirely ready to be a decent human for the day…maybe I should seclude myself until I am ready to act in a decent manner. I’m currently experiencing a number of defects of character because they really bloom when I’m stressed! I try (most days) to acknowledge them and to be open to losing them. At least for the day.
I feel really fortunate to have the program and fellowship during this life chapter in particular. What great guidance to prepare myself for each day. And company along the way.
