みなさん、こんにちは。ミーティングの途中に割り込んでしまってすみません。のビジネス・ミーティングのモデレーター（進行役）として、みなさんにお伝えしておきたいことが一つあります。現在、オンライン・インターグループ・オブ・AA（）との間でグループを代表する、IGR（インターグループ担当・正）と（副）が必要です。

ここで、それぞれの役割について簡単にご説明します。この役割は、グループからへ、みなさんから出された懸念や質問、伝えておきたい情報などを届けるとともに、からのニュースやお知らせ、連絡事項などをグループに伝えます。

2人は協力しながら、メイン・グループ（メーリングリスト）やビジネス・ミーティング、あるいはその両方に報告することができます。交代で報告してもいいですし、一人がビジネス・ミーティングへの報告を担当し、もう一人がメイン・グループととの間をつなぐ役割を担うこともできます。どのような形で活動するかは、2人で相談して決めてもらえればと思います。

インターグループ担当（IGR）・正は、における投票権を持つメンバーとなります。一方、IGR（副）は、オンラインAA、すなわち（aa-intergroup.org）における投票権を持たないメンバーとなります。

2人からの報告は毎月初めに行い、前月の活動について報告します。少なくとも数か月に一度は、のメンバーに、何か懸念していることや、に伝えたいことがないか尋ねるとよいでしょう。のウェブサイトには、各グループからの報告を掲載する場所があります。のメンバーにも、年に1～2回、そうした報告に寄稿してもらうことができます。IGR・正と副はにおいてグループのメンバーを代表しますが、定期的にメンバーに参加を呼びかけることも、報告の大切な役割の一つです。は誰でも積極的に参加することができ、投票権を持たないメンバーになることもできます。そのことをメンバーに思い出してもらうためにも、報告には常にaa.intergroup.orgのページ、あるいはその一部を紹介するとよいでしょう。そして、メンバーに対して、自分たちのインターグループを訪れてみるよう呼びかけます。

Hi all, my apologies for interrupting the meeting. As moderator of the ESH Business meeting , I do have one item of business to make you all aware of. We do need an Intergroup Representative and an Alternate Intergroup Representative to represent ESH with the Online Intergroup of AA.

Here is some information about the roles and a brief discussion They work to take concerns, questions and information from ESH to OIAA and news, announcements and communication from OIAA to ESH.

They could work in partnership in reporting to either the main group and/or the biz. meeting. They could take turns or one could report to the business meeting and the other be a bridge to and from the main group, to and from OIAA. We would leave it to them to decide how they would like to work

The Intergroup Rep (IGR) - would be a voting member of OIAA and the alternate IGR, a non-voting member of online AA or OIAA (aa-intergroup.org)

The two reports are at the beginning of each month to report on the last month. It would be a good practice to ask ESH folk, every few months, at least, if they have any concerns or would like to communicate to OIAA. There is a place on the website for reports from individual groups. ESH members can be invited to contribute to such a report, once or twice a year. Although the IGR and alternate IGR represent ESH members at OIAA, regular encouragement to members should be a part of most reports, reminding them that anyone can become active and a non-voting member of OIAA. Therefore pages or a page from aa.intergroup.org should always be a part of a report, reminding members to visit their intergroup.
