また皆さんとミーティングに参加できて、とても嬉しいです。今週の進行をしてくれたカール、そしてこれまで
ESHExperience, Strength, and Hope - 経験と力と希望グループ
に奉仕してくださった方々や現在グループのために奉仕してくださっている皆さんに感謝します。仲間の皆さんには本当に感謝しています。
カエルのイメージ (※1) ……そしてそれが私たちの決断や行動にどのように関係するか、という視覚的な例えが気に入りました。
かつて私がスイレンの葉から早く飛び降りすぎて、危険な目に遭ったことを思い出させられました。私は先延ばしよりも、衝動的に反応してしまう傾向があります。自制することのほうが自分には合っているのだと学びました……状況をもう少し慎重に考え、祈ってから判断することで、最初の本能に盲目的に従うよりもよい結果が得られるのです。時には最初の本能が正しいこともありますが、そうでないこともあります。
また、どんなことも自分がすぐに介入しなければならないほど切迫した状況はないことも学びました。実際、多くの場合、私の介入は必要ないのです……
平和と愛が仲間の皆さんと共にありますように ...

ESH（Experience, Strength, and Hope）とは、リカバリーグループやサポートグループでよく使用される用語です。略してESHグループとも呼ばれます。nnExperienceは「経験」を意味し、他のメンバーと共有することで自身の経験を他者と共有し、助け合うことで成長することができます。Strengthは「力」を意味し、メンバーが困難に立ち向かうために持つ力や強さを指します。Hopeは「希望」を意味し、経験と力から生まれる明るい未来への期待や希望を示します。nnESHグループでは、メンバーが自身の経験、力、そして希望を共有し合い、お互いを助け合うことで、共感やサポートを受けることができます。このようなグループでは、互いに癒し合い、成長し合うことができる場となっています。 March 8 Topic - Carl (2026/3/8) を参照

Hi ESH friends...
It's always great to join you for another meeting. Thanks, Carl, for your lead this week and to all those who have served ESH and are currently willing to serve the group. I am very grateful for all of you.
I like the visual of the frogs..... and how they relate to our decisions and actions.
It made me think of all the times I've landed in hot water by jumping off the lily pad too soon. I lean toward impulsive reactions more than procrastination. I've learned that restraint is a better approach for me... waiting until I've weighed - and prayed about - the situation a little more carefully than blindly following my first instinct. Sometimes it's been a good instinct, other times, not so much.
I've learned that nothing is so urgent that it needs my immediate input. In fact, often these situations don't need my input at all...
