新しい役割担当者（Trusted Servants）がいつから新しい役割を引き継ぐのかを決める必要があります。
新しく選ばれた役割担当の皆さんは、それぞれの役割に必要な知識や使用する資料（例：メールテンプレートなど）を受け取るために、2025年の担当者とすでに連絡を取っている頃だと思います。
提案、あるいは（適切であれば）動議として、すべての役割の引き継ぎを今週日曜日のミーティングから開始することを提案します。
また、新しい役割担当者の一覧と、まだ埋まっていない役割を投稿していただける方はいらっしゃいますか。

We need to establish when the new Trusted Servants will take over their new roles.
New Trusted Servants by now hopefully have connected with the 2025 Trusted Servants in order to acquire knowledge and any materials used for each role (i.e. email templates).
I suggest or make a motion (if this is appropriate) we make the transition for all Trusted Servants to begin with this Sunday’s Meeting.
Also, can someone post the list of New Trusted Servants and any positions that are not yet filled.
My understanding is we do not have the Assistant Secretary position filled yet, if anyone in this meeting is willing to take a healthy initiative and volunteer for this, post your desire here. The Assistant Secretary role is an easy role as it serves as a back-up to the Secretary should the Secretary not be able to serve on any of the weeks of the year. Often, the Asst. Secretary has not had to fill in at all, yet this is an important position.
