私は（アイルランドの首都）ダブリンで見たスローガンが好きです。「

へのエレベーターは壊れています。階段を試してください。」
今日は2015年の日付がある書類の箱を整理しました。いくつかのことには満足しましたが、いくつかには本当に腹が立ちました。私にとって
ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
がもたらす（飲んでいた頃との）違いは、選択肢があることです。怒りの衝動に従うこともできるし、一晩寝て考えることもできる。自分にはない全ての力と知恵を持つ存在に委ねることもできます…言い換えれば…手放すことができるのです。
これこそが、
ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
での私の最大の成果のひとつかもしれません。達成すべきことは何もないと知りつつ、自信を持って手放せることです。
私が持っているある本にはこう書かれています。「求めよ、そうすれば見出すであろう。願え、そうすれば与えられるであろう。叩け、そうすれば開かれるであろう。」これが、私が自分の
ハイヤーパワー（HP=ハイヤーパワー）神、または高次の力、自分を超えた大きな力。意志と生き方をゆだねる対象。
に委ねるときの気持ちです。
どんなときも、どんな状況でも、私は一人ではないと実感します。私に与えられた解決策に感謝しながら、AAは私の理性ある幸福な生きる道なのです。

Good evening all. My name is Deborah w and I am an alcoholic. I'm grateful to be sober today... I feel peaceful and confident that I am not alone. Thank you Pam for chairing and thanks for the topic of slogans.
I like the one I saw in Dublin. "The elevator to sobriety is broken. Try the steps."
Today I've been through a box of papers dating from 2015. I feel good about a few things.. and got really riled about a few more things. The difference sobriety makes for me is I have choice. I can follow up on my angry impulses, or I can wait and sleep on it, I can hand it over to one who has all power and wisdom that I do not have... In other words... I can let it go.
This might be one of my greatest achievements in sobriety, knowing that there's nothing for me to achieve... I can let it go in confidence.
One of my books reminds me.. Seek and you shall find, ask and it shall be given to you, knock and it shall be open unto you. This is how I feel when I turn it over to my higher power.
At all times in all circumstances I am reminded that I'm not alone in my struggles, and in gratitude for the solutions that are given to me. AA is my way of sane and happy living.
