こんにちは、グループの皆さん。ここ北カリフォルニアは明るい日曜日で、仲間の皆さん、そしてデビーさんとマークさんのシェアに感謝しています。
最初に思ったのは、もちろんデビーさんの娘さんと彼氏はアルコホーリック的な関係にあるということです。彼女にとっての彼氏は「ドラッグ」なのです。話はそれで終わりです。
振り返ってみると……アディクション（依存症）の混乱した影響の中で生きることは、もちろんそんなに簡単なことではありません。しらふでいようと努めること、そして相手をコントロールせずに助けになろうとすることもまた難しいものなのです。
回復し、ソーバーでい続けるための支援への道を示す以外に…私の人生における依存症者は自分自身であり、そしてもう一人は私の身近にいる人間だということ .... 私が助けられているのはこういう祈りです：
「私の困難をどうか取り除いてください。その結果として、私の勝利が、あなたの力、あなたの愛、あなたからもらった生き方の証となりますように」(

Hello group. It's a bright Sunday in Northern California and I am grateful for you all and for Debbie's and Mark's sharing.
My first thought was well of course Debbie's daughter has an alcoholic relationship with her boyfriend. He is her drug. Case closed.
On reflection... Of course it's not that easy living in the crazy making effects of addiction.. trying to stay sober... Trying to be of help without controlling.
Other than pointing the way to get help to get sober and to stay that way... I found this prayer is helping me ... the addict in my life is my own self. And the other one in my environment:
Take away my difficulties, that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help of thy power, thy love, and thy way of life."
Debbie, be sober and shine your light!
