マークのミーティングは、正しくは7月13日の週となります。完全に私のミスであり、二人とも何も間違ったことはしていません。私が二人にリマインダーを送る際に完全に混乱してしまったのですが、マークの分は本来7月13日の週のものでした。

Hi All,
I wanted to send a note to the group asking you all to please share on Pam C's meeting for this week. Pam C is the chair for this week.
Mark's meeting will be his confirmed week of July 13. It is totally my fault and they did nothing out of order. I totally messed up in sending them both a reminder, but Mark's should have been for July 13th.
I apologize to Pam, Mark, and to all members for any and all confusion. If you still have questions, please let me know.
