ソーバーになってしばらく経ってから、
12ステップ12ステッププログラム、回復のため原理、AAの基本プログラム。
に取り組み、その原理を自分のあらゆる行動に当てはめようと努力している中で、私は「感情の

が得られるような生き方をしたいと心から思っています。
私にとって、それはとらえどころがなく、定義するのが難しい状態です。それは、自分の内側の深いところで
ハイヤーパワー（HP=ハイヤーパワー）神、または高次の力、自分を超えた大きな力。意志と生き方をゆだねる対象。

が提案すること ── ミーティングに参加し、祈りと黙想を行い、仲間とともに働き、必要なときには埋め合わせをし、毎日10番目のステップを実践し、周囲の人々に奉仕しようと努める ── これらを行っているときのほうが、それをしていないときよりも、その状態（感情的な
ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
）に近づけます。感謝の気持ちを持つ時間を取り、それを朝にAAの仲間と、夜の祈りの中で夫と分かち合うことも、とても役立っています。
先日手術を受けた息子のために祈ってくださった仲間の皆さん、本当にありがとうございます。彼は順調に回復しており、手術も成功しました。私は明日、家に向けて帰ります。

Hi All! My name is Laurie and I am an alcoholic. Thanks, Pam, for your service and a great topic.
After being sober a while, working the 12 steps, and attempting to practice these principles in all my affairs, I stumbled upon the concept of "emotional sobriety". I knew then and know today that I wanted to live my life in a way that provided emotional sobriety.
To me, it is an illusive, hard-to-define state. It occurs when I feel, deep inside, a connection to my HP and to all facets of that HP's creation, including all of you.
Do I achieve that every day? Ha!!
When I do the things the program suggests - attend meetings, pray and meditate, work with others, make amends where needed, do a daily 10th step, and attempt to be of service to the people around me, I come closer to that state than when I don't. Taking time to be grateful and sharing that with an AA friend in the morning and with my husband in our nightly prayers, helps a lot, too.
Thanks to all of you who offered prayers for my son, who recently underwent surgery. He's healing well, the surgery was successful and I am heading for home tomorrow.
