以前はアルコールの使用や乱用が問題だと思っていましたが、今では飲まなくなってほぼ40年、飲酒欲求もなく、つらくもありません。

では、なぜ私はAAにいるのでしょうか？それは私がアルコホーリクだからであり、私のは今も健在だからです。酒はもう問題ではありません…私が引き続きAAのに取り組んでいるからです。

でも、私の心は今もアルコホーリクのままです。には、はボトルではなく心に根ざしていると書かれています。だから、シラフの状態で飲むという決断をしたとしたら、それはやはり（酒のせいではなく）シラフの状態での決断なのです。

「お酒飲むこと以外で…あなたのソーバーの歩みにおいて、はどのように現れますか？」

WELCOME TO THE ESH WEEKLY MEETING

The structure of an ESH meeting is that the chairperson selects a topic for the week and anyone in the group has the option to share on that topic. In order to keep the postings to a minimum for the entire group, we suggest that personal messages be sent directly to that person and not via the Group.

Comments should be closely related to recovery from alcoholism. "The ESH meeting will begin no earlier than Sunday morning anytime after midnight EST and members are requested to post their shares no later than the following Saturday night at 11:59 PM EST."

All members are encouraged to share their A.A. anniversary on their annual sobriety date. Tell the group what your life was like before AA, what happened, and what it's like today.

I used to think that the use and abuse of alcohol but it is almost 4 decades without a drink, no cravings, and not miserable

So Why am I here? Because I am an alcoholic and my alcoholism is alive and well. Booze does not enter the equation...because of ongoing following of the programme of AA.

But I still have an alcoholic mind.. and Book says alcoholism centers in the mind not the bottle. So while the sober decision to pick up a drink remains a possibility, it is a sober decision

Setting aside Drinking... How does Alcoholism manifest itself in your sober journey.
