Thanks Susan. Funny how my sponsee and I were just talking about this. How shame is passed down and how it is a learned behavior. We also were talking about looking at the past mistakes as learning curves and how are parents taught us what is right or wrong but our alcoholism got in the way. It's not that easy but I know I have to self discipline myself today and the program shows me the steps to take.
