の機会を与えられているという事実を楽しむこともできるようになりました。私の健康状態はとても不安定でしたが、回復しつつあります。今日は体調がとても良いです。頭の働きに関しては、心臓の薬による霧が晴れてきて、とても良好です。介助なしで歩くことができ、いずれ車の運転もする予定です。回復の面では、これまでの年月で与えられてきた人生に対して、計り知れないほどの感謝の気持ちを抱いています。このグループ、毎晩のZoomミーティング、そして多くの対面ミーティングでの仲間からの、変わらず意義深いシェアに心から感謝しています。自分自身の回復、そして他の人の回復にも関わる機会を与えられたことを、本当にありがたく思っています。神様、そして

Good morning all you wonderful ESH group members. My name is Lin xxxx and I’m an alcoholic. I am sober today and with God’s Grace and your help, have remained sober since my first meeting on May 20th, 1985. I am profoundly grateful for that blessing. My Birthday and this week have been crazier than ever. I don’t love it but I can, with lots of prayer, be able to stand it and even enjoy the fact that I am still allowed to be of service. My health has been very tumultuous but is being restored. Today healthwise is excellent. Cognitive wise as the fog of a cardiac medication clears is excellent. I am able to walk unaided and will drive later. Recovery wise I feel grateful beyond measure for the life that has been unfolded for me over the years. I am grateful for the consistent and very meaningful shares from this group, my nightly zoom meeting, and many F2F meetings and individuals who have given me such an opportunity to participate in my own recovery and that of others. Thank you God and thank you ESH. Sorry about the abreviated topic and thanks Sue for stepping up to help me and ESH.
