分かち合いさせてください。私は、アルコホーリクのリン・xxxx です。1985年5月20日、初めてミーティングに出ました。それ以来、神の恩恵と皆さんのおかげで、ソーバーでいます。心から、感謝しています。毎朝、瞑想をしています。その中で、今日一日、あるがままの自分を受け容れられるよう、神に祈ります。明日は、グループの25周年記念日です。このグループは、ソーバー15年のときに始めたのです。私たちが他のグループに移った後、グループは、午後9時30分ミーティングの若い仲間に引き継がれて、今にいたります。若い仲間は、2019年から、このミーティングを開催しています。コロナの影響で、クラブハウス（※）が最初に閉鎖されました。その後、再開されましたが、外出は安全でなかったためです。彼らは、誠心誠意、全力で

WELCOME TO THE ESH WEEKLY MEETING
The structure of an ESH meeting is that the chairperson selects a topic for the week and anyone in the group has the option to share on that topic. In order to keep the postings to a minimum for the entire group, we suggest that personal messages be sent directly to that person and not via the Group.
Comments should be closely related to recovery from alcoholism. "The ESH meeting will begin no earlier than Sunday morning anytime after midnight EST and members are requested to post their shares no later than the following Saturday night at 11:59 PM EST."
All members are encouraged to share their A.A. anniversary on their annual sobriety date. Tell the group what your life was like before AA, what happened, and what it's like today.

Tooic. My name is Lin xxxxx and I’m an alcoholic. It’s truly by God‘s grace working through you people, that I have not had to pick up a drink since my first meeting on May 20 of 1985 and for that I am truly grateful. As part of my morning meditation I ask God to keep me right size today. Tomorrow is the 25th anniversary of the group I helped to start when I had 15 years sober. It has been taken over and run by our young people who attended our 9:30 PM meeting after we moved to an established club. Those youngsters have been running this meeting since 2019 as Covid caused the club to first close down and then when they opened, it still was not safe for me to be out and about. They have jumped in with both feet and jumped into service fully and done a great job. They like to tell me, that by starting White Oak that I had saved their lives. In the candlelight they share freely without anyone staring at them. After much prayer I believe it is ok for them to show respect for sobriety that way, as long as I don’t start believing it.The White Oak group just unfolded one day at a time with me simply doing the next right thing. There were actually 12 at the first meeting and I’m the last man standing so I get all the love and respect from these darling children and I am not able to slap their noses and tell them no you must not. I’ve had to look at one of my tendencies to denigrate the good things that still surprise me that I’ve done in AA and just say thank you when someone try’s to express their gratitude. So I’d like your experience with just saying a simple thank you when someone attempts to praise God’s handiwork as it show through you.
